A study conducted by Yesmail found “In 2016, 30 percent of all marketing emails and nearly half (44 percent) of all retail marketing emails featured subject lines containing an offer.”

The study contained a fascinating finding: Emails without offers in the subject line got opened more.

“Across all industries, emails with specific offers in their subject lines underperformed significantly in comparison with those without.”

Quick question:

What’s the most important part of any email?

The subject line! 

It doesn’t matter what your email says if they never open it.

The subject line is what will (in large part) move your prospect to open your email or ignore it. 

Just how do you go about writing an enticing email subject line?
